Keep the original packaging and tags in place for a successful return. Without original packaging and tags, products won’t be returned.
- The product must be unused and should not have any wear and tear.
- The return and exchange request must be raised within 10 days of the delivery of the product.
- Products bought during the sale are not refundable.
- Once your return/exchange request is approved, it will be picked up by our courier partner within 7-10 days.
- There will be no return or exchange for the customized products.
- Some particular products that have no return/exchange policy cannot be returned/exchanged under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy
If you want to cancel the order, please do it before the item is dispatched. Once the product is dispatched, a shipping fee will be charged for cancellation. You can request cancellation from“my order” section on our website.Return Policy
- Please be mindful of the fact that return or exchange request can be placed within 10 days of receiving the product.
- If the package of your product is torn or damaged, please don’t receive the product. Let us know and we will issue a replacement without any additional charges.
- If you receive a wrong or defective product, let us know. We will provide you refund and replacement option and you can choose what you want.
- Refund will be issued once product is received at our hub and it passes the quality check.
- Once the item is shipped, shipping charge will be levied on cancellation.
- For cancellation request before the order is shipped, the full amount will be refunded.
- Refund will be issued either to your wallet or to the original payment method according to your choice.
- If you are in a location where our courier partners don’t have pick facility, you will have to self-ship the product to us.
- For COD orders, we can issue a wallet refund/ Gift-Card.
- If you‘Exchange’ any product and then apply for ‘Return’ option on that, you will have to bear the shipping charges.
