Within India, we provide complimentary shipping above the amount 2000 INR and you don’t need to pay any surcharges

What is the Minimum Time Required to Deliver the Order?

From the day of shipping, it takes approx. 5-7 days for domestic orders and 15-30 days for international orders. 

If you have ordered multiple products then your items might reach in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery date is given to you and within that, the product will reach you. If any delay has occurred then it is beyond our control. You will get information from our side regarding the delayed shipment. 

If you want to customize your products (fall and picot addition) then it will take extra 2-3 business days and it totally depends on the number of items ordered. 

When do We Ship Our Products? 

We ship our products on all the weekdays except public holidays. As we ship your product, you will get a detailed message from our side with the name of the courier company and tracking number. You need to receive the product by signing on the copy provided by the delivery person. 

What to do if the order dispatch is delayed?

What to do if I need any modification? 

If you want to modify your delivery address or other information, you can mail us or call us within 2-3 hours after placing your order. 

Once we dispatch your product, any modification will not be made. 

Can I track my product? 

You can track the status of your package after the shipping is dispatched.
